I have just discovered the tastiest thing next to jamaican rice. My family love rice and cooks it every day we love rice so much I had to get myself a cute mini rice cooker but move over rice my heart belongs to Cous Cous. It comes in a dark blue box for 2.99 is my new favorite fast and yummy meal that is always mouth watery goodness
. As with all things when I decide to cook its going to be random and here are a few of dishes. I used youtube to look how Cous Cous is made but have yet to try. This was a simple dish artichoke topped Cous Cous with shrimp mushroom cabbage apple sauce on so yummy. I guarantee that the first try you will be a pro. A measuring cup is essential and boiling hot water. 1 part Cous Couse and 1/3 boiling hot salted water. In literally 3 minutes later Cous Cous perfection light fluffy. Drizzle some virgin olive oil salt to taste and your meal is set. Yum-tastic also added a Jamaican twist with some okra tossed in with carrot even yummier.
