This is breakfast I call thee Greenthing


This is a mix of
Kale
Dandelion greens
celery
flaxseed
Pink salt -tibetian yum
Spirulina
Benonite clay- for those heavy metals randomness
and 1 carrot


 This was a large drink I save some for the next day. 










             I eat this like a bowl of cereal pulp first and that way its easy to manage pulp love.






Finally down to one shot and its time to start the day. I change up the recipe not for taste but for the health qualities.







 
 Yum!
