month old sauerkraut cabbage and brine - the second batch I have make and been eating since I first had the idea to start making this.
New addition on top carrots tossed this in the mix along with cucumber on occasion.
a layer of almonds- weird addition but taste test proved yum
and to top it all off a final layer of reg cabbage and napa cabbage
sprinkled with mineral rich pink salt for more brinie flavor.
In door garden cant do without a compost I have seen some great youtube videos for vermi-compost with worms. So far all is set I will be buying sun lamp to complete the rack I talked about in previous post. I have to rethink this set up the fruit flies are going crazy for the stuff. I have my seeds, a 3 foot shelf and all need it the lights nuts bolts and screws and construction complete.
