I love to eat and its really nice to know how clean the food I eat really is no pesticides.
The Clean 15:
1. Onion - I like eating the sweet kind.yum
2. Avocado - I have been trying to find when ripe.

4. Pineapple- Everyday I will be eating this.
5. Mango- Sale on a case of these for 4.99$ yes!.
6. Asparagus - yum-fest if these weren't so expensive I would buy it al the time
7. Sweet Peas - I will be growing some sprouts.
8. Kiwi - bought a case but its done great week of kiwi eating.
9. Cabbage - I have made Sauerkraut
10. Eggplant - yumminess

ReplyDeleteI avoid the dirty dozen at the grocery store as well. I am wondering about the corn on their clean list though. 86% of corn (and 93% of soy) grown in the U.S. is genetically modified. (Much of which is fed to livestock)

So true I try to buy organic when I can and I joined the organic association feeds to keep up to date. I think soy is way more than 93% now a days. thanks for the link :}
