| New yarn twist and braid style. |
From beginner it only took me two summers of trying. From mt last post about this
genie loc style. Youtuber
blackonxy was my genie lock guru her video's rock. This style is amazing protection last for 4 weeks while maintaining all hair care routines. I simply love this hair style for making crazy updo's and twisty bun things. It took my 5 hour loads with breaks unlike my first attempt which I had to coordinate between work....It took days. Longer and small braids looked awesome but the time to recreate it I would rather spend making jewelery.
I Started out my braid in a three strand braid followed by two strand twist and finished off with three strand braid and burning the ends with a lighter. Sticking my head over a pot of hot water is not my cup of tea. This photo shows what the finished look is

As my hair grows to new lengths I try to choose style that reflect my idle length. Also Toronto is freaking heating up to new hot clammy days. As always ill be in my studio creating something fun or out in the garden or at my other office chilling. Salmon Out!
