It the three year-ish mark of this blog started about hair a love of health and science and so many radom things. Now it sit here today a messy place full of my ideas. Still keeping up with our random ways. Had to keep posts about hair to remind my self of the reason I started putting my thoughts on screen for the world to read.

Last Genie locs hair style of this season

Missing my real hair real bad. Since I started undoing my yarn braid twist. Checking the length by undoing just around the edge.
Bangs to my chin nice
side burn areas to my collar bone awesome
and back part Wow hair growth galore. Nothing official but arm pit length is only a few months away. The fro goodness to come in the summer time will be epic. After 2 years of health living to benefit my hair skin whole body. Loving the results of all the fun recipes and hair care blogs that have helped me along the way.

Saying good bye love, to my genie locs, need a trim and wash. No more  hours spent drying all the yarn on my head. I will miss this style but right now missing my natural hair more. Although its getting colder Ill be braving the random temps for some good old me hair days.

New chapter

Sticking to this  positivity year and holding on strong  which is surprisingly awesome turn of events. My new studio space was found. Opening up so much more creative possibilities to explore. It will be a space for creating and do it your self crafting that I love. A place where my imagination can come alive. Be it drawing, amateur photography,sewing, painting, sculpting jewelery making oh so very pumped in general about what will eventually fill this space. I plan on overwhelm  artistic senses in this studio. Time to live like the boss and enjoy living dreams and holding on for the crazy ride.



 My office of zen and creation is a space to be fill pure unfiltered artistic exploration.

2012 Feeling the newness and creating goodness

 I am busy Busy busy busy.  Planning, moving, designing, planting and building my brain getting back into reading and researching.
The year started and what got me the most excited pause was getting my taxes over and done. It wasn't as hard the second time every year I get better. I always keep these words in mind to live by
 " Always say you can do and then you can do it"-my ramble
" when opportunity knocks you. answer first. questions later"-my ramble

The newness of the year. - After all the hits and misses of last year it was back to the drawing board for me to rethink  ideas upgrade and plan better. I took my time and buckled down to learn read grow my brain with my products my jewelery. Learning  new skills and upgrading old ones.

Cous Cous love



shrimp and veg with sauce


I have just discovered the tastiest thing next to jamaican rice. My family love rice and cooks it every day we love rice so much I had to get myself a cute mini rice cooker but move over rice my heart belongs to Cous Cous. It comes in a dark blue box for 2.99 is my new favorite fast and yummy meal that is always mouth watery goodness. As with all things when I decide to cook its going to be random and here are a few of dishes. I used youtube to look how Cous Cous is made but have yet to try.  This was a simple dish artichoke topped Cous Cous with  shrimp mushroom cabbage apple sauce on so yummy. I guarantee that the first try you will be a pro. A measuring cup is essential and boiling hot water. 1 part Cous Couse and 1/3 boiling hot salted water. In literally  3 minutes later Cous Cous perfection light fluffy.  Drizzle some virgin olive oil salt to taste and your meal is set. Yum-tastic also added a Jamaican twist with some okra tossed in with carrot even yummier.

Family thang! hair fun

Hair care day having a chance to research and use ayurvedic herbal hair treatments. Just search  youtube and someone is sure to show you recipes annd how to's all the benefit.

I just found just one easily accessible store that carries Amla neem etc so that i  can see what al the fuss is about. I have a  month to go still before I   am able to notice any positive signs. Richer darker shine and strengthening is what i am hoping to have at the end.

Oh yes and after months of having my Sister's hair in genie locks "the horror". Her hair is a knotted confusing that only I have any hope of smoothing out. This is the first real conditioning in a long while. Air drying and still damp I would like her hair to look this  under control when fully fry.

Length check on my way to bra strap lenght slowly and steadily as I keep my ends safe this winter. The golf may have my bones but it will not take my hair.






Here is her fro-magesty in all its pillowie softness. I needed to rubber band stretch  her hair due to the foreseen shrinkage when full dried.

Like fashion season I wanted to be a step ahead

This all started a few months ago an idea came to me and I began to act on it. How could I get more organic food into my life without all the high cost monopoly. I want the best and I can have it these are the step I wanted to take. While having fun playing in dirt catching some worms and building a self sustaining system that needs little effort from my end

- get a compost system up and running to eventually support worms  check

test dirt on some seeds  to see if its good for growth. check

Keeping up other everyday  ideas so and to continue learning new things and easy ways to do them. check check

  5 months of composting minimum effort tossing whatever in and the fruits of  my labour are, fast growing, healthy plants that are green and have long root systems.

My in door garden system is sure to be a winning success like all my random ideas.

New randomness is being planned for January. With new year just around the bend and all my tax papers ready and waiting to be calculated and sent to revenue. I want to  use that money and do some good by going on vacation for most of the next  year. Business is awesome so time to  launch my business in new places. I think Jamaica should be my first vacations top.









 Say hello to my vermi-compost after a thrilling night of nightcrawler catching a few misty nights ago. I might have to return them to the wild depending on how much they actively break down organic waste because I am looking for some fast action power compost.

Tablet love- say hello to my new favorite things

Everyone  knows I love to doodling for years. I love drawing and always wanted my own tablet to test out all the cool vector brushes and such. The day is finally here I have purchased my first tablet.







Here it is in the box all ready for the CD installing drivers and all that fun stuff I have tested some new brushes and its love at first tablet pen tap. cheers to all the tablet lovers. Now i can perfect all my web designing skills.

healthy habits continued

Its been a  while now and my love still hold strong for home made pickling. Its yummy its fast its easy and good for you. Your insides will thank you.

In this jar from bottom to top.
month old sauerkraut cabbage and brine - the second batch I have make and been eating since I first had the idea to start making this.
New addition on top carrots tossed this in the mix along with cucumber on occasion.
a layer of almonds- weird addition but taste test proved yum
and to top it all off a final layer of reg cabbage and napa cabbage
sprinkled with mineral rich pink salt for more brinie flavor.


In door garden cant do without a compost I have seen some great youtube videos for vermi-compost with worms. So far all is set I will be buying sun lamp to complete the rack I talked about in previous post. I have to rethink this set up the fruit flies are going crazy for the stuff. I have my seeds, a 3 foot shelf and all need it the lights nuts bolts and screws and construction complete.

Orgonite for your plants

Love the results so far new shoots of leaves  as soon as I started leaving orgone with these plants. Even when the leaves are withering they never ger completely dried up. Wow orgonite is the right stuff for plants I tone down on wearing my Orgonite earrings to not over do it.







Placing some in my zapper trying to make it more  terminator zapper like improving this tool for health.





I recently purchased some casting resin 34$ about to make more orgone pendant necklaces along with all the other projects I am currently working on formulating and testing. To insure I get the most information base my research from a 2-3 month testing various applications. Like the shea butter I added to etsy I want to take my time with these products to work out the pro vs con. Orgone is constantly turning things Pro loving it oh yes..^_^

Making my zapper look more pro

love my finished zapper before love it even more after had to rethink the finished product so that I can carry it in my purse. I zap while riding the bus and while at work. Its all part of my research into tools for healing.

and after. From what I have seen I needed to make a few changes for better conductivity and positive twist.





the copper pipes had to be wrapped in paper towel and I recycled my orgone earrings and added them to the design. So far I have notices it energizing effects one minute I am yawning. Then I start zapping and the yawns disappear. My various cooking burns are healing at a faster rate than before. This project by parts was less than $6 dollars thie most expensive part being the breadboard at $4.99. Buying a kit online would have costed $5o+shipping. I will end up purchasing a finished terminator zapper for future research.
